All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during installation, or changes to the project scope requested by the customer. We will discuss any necessary price adjustments with you before proceeding with additional work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
5. Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring our crew has clear access to the work area on the scheduled installation date. This includes marking any underground utilities, removing obstacles from the fence line, and securing pets. You must also ensure we have permission to access neighboring properties if work requires it. Failure to provide adequate access may result in rescheduling fees.
6. Permits and Approvals
We will assist with permit applications when needed, but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. You must also obtain approval from your homeowners association if applicable. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from permit denials or HOA disapprovals.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our installation services. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, improper use, or lack of reasonable maintenance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Elite Alexander City Fencing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees or material costs. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
